If you know me (Heather), you know my love for Chipotle. I was sad when I moved to cities in the U.S. without one, and even sadder moving to a country without being able to eat it for at least a few years. Then, California Burrito came to India. Not Chipotle, but really, almost the same!!! Ahh, our food oasis.

I'm just reading some of these blog posts for the first time. SO amazing what you're doing and what you've experienced. Seeing these posts helps me pray for you! I can't imagine driving in that traffic. That was the single most terrifying thing for me in Guatemala was the complete lack of any "rules of the road." Please let us know any comforts of home that you're missing. We'd love to put another package together for you! XO
